Title IID evaluators

My current school recived 500 laptops this year through a title IID program. In the evaluation that teachers were to return, the independent evalutors listed 21st century skillls as:

• Information Literacy
• Visual Literacy
• Self-direction
• Global awareness
• Tech literacy

For me these items lead back to Inquiry based learning, which I need to inquire about.
