• Door to playground is also by that exit
Lockers/Passing Time
• An official passing time needs to be put into the schedule
• Talk about “lockers” with your advisories: lingering, make-up, etc.
• Consequences for being late?? Students need to get used to be early, and not “just making” it on time. Send kids to office to get last pass if they come once your door is shut.
• Should we alternate times for kids to get to their lockers? Top lockers go every other period, and then rotate with the bottom lockers?

• Will there be time for HW in school?
• Kids who are concerned…who are they?
Open Communcation
Be open and honest
Go to Cindy with any problem you have, don’t leave her out of the loop because of Union things. The Union is important and respected, but have open conversations with her to get things done.
Two 80 minutes blocks goes over the legal/contractual minutes for teachers to be teaching.
A new school’s schedule is accepted in the first year, the second year is when things have to be voted on.
Advisory is considered as Circular Six
Shouldn’t have to prep for it
No grades
Team common preps during the day and Wednesdays
Once a month PD on Wed.
Scheduling
Kids need to have the same schedule for both grades
